Job Title: FX Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new business opportunities (small to medium enterprise (SME))
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Educate and consult with clients on a range of FX products, including spot, forwards, and options, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent client service and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and to deliver the highest level of service.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely and accurate market insights to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in FX sales, preferably within the SME market.
- Strong understanding of FX products, including spot, forwards, and options.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop new business, and close sales.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to stay informed about market trends and developments.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is a plus.
