Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects across various departments, including Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project documentation.
  • Oversee daily coordination of project schedules, including equipment timelines.
  • Monitor and update project schedules from order initiation to completion.
  • Distribute and communicate essential project details throughout design, approval, purchasing, and production phases.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, general contractors, and internal teams regarding project specifics, costs, and timelines.
  • Handle the processing, inputting, and organization of submittals and approvals.
  • Manage change orders and pricing adjustments.
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, especially in working with internal teams and general contractors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently on a range of projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with Bluebeam on contruction plans.
